I cannot begin to describe how absolutely pleased my husband and I were with working with Matt Evans to buy our first house! We have repeatedly said to each other that should we ever sell our home (which may be never because we love it SO MUCH, we still can’t believe it’s ours), that we will ONLY use Matt as our realtor to buy and/or sell! We decided to buy our first home at the beginning of May, when the Valparaiso housing market seemed to explode and we closed on a house in September. It was quite a road to get here and we went up against many competing buyers. Despite the market being absolutely crazy, Matt ALWAYS took his time with us through each house we saw. Any house that we found and we wanted to see, he was always on board and we saw a TON of houses! He walks through and points out positives and negatives, really discusses the house with you; he is not there to just sell you any house – he is there to help you find YOUR HOUSE. Although he obviously had other clients besides us, we never felt like we were not his first priority. We can’t praise Matt enough! We will never recommend anyone but him!

Matt did an outstanding job at helping us find our home. He was very patient with showings and figuring out exactly what we wanted out of a house. In the end we ended up with an amazing home that hit all of the wants and needs we requested. Thanks again Matt!
